Instructions

- Stir in rice and tomato paste, mixing well to coat the grains. Pour in broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, or until rice is cooked and liquid absorbed.
- Step 5:
- Return shrimp to the skillet, gently folding into the rice mixture. Cook for 2 minutes to warm through.
- Step 6:
- Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
