Instructions

Make a 1-inch slit in the center of each strip and pull one end through to form a twist. e. Heat 2 inches (5 cm) of oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry angel wings in batches until golden and crisp, about 1 minute per side. Drain on paper towels and dust generously with powdered sugar.
