02 - 4 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
03 - 4 slices cheddar cheese
04 - 4 slices cucumber
05 - 4 slices tomato

→ Decoration

06 - 8 black olive slices (for eyes and buttons)
07 - 4 baby carrots (for noses)
08 - 4 small red bell pepper strips (for scarves)
09 - 4 fresh parsley sprigs (for hats or arms, optional)
10 - 4 tablespoons hummus or mayonnaise (for spreading)

# Cooking Steps:

01 - Use two round cookie cutters—one larger and one smaller—to cut circles from bread slices. For each snowman, cut one large circle for the body and one small circle for the head.
02 - Apply softened cream cheese evenly onto each bread circle.
03 - Place a slice of cheddar cheese, cucumber, and tomato between two bread circles for the body. Repeat layering for the head circles if desired.
04 - Stack the small bread circle (head) atop the large circle (body) on a plate and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
05 - Use black olive slices for eyes and buttons, a baby carrot slice for the nose, red bell pepper strips for scarves, and parsley sprigs for hats or arms as desired.
06 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
