# What You'll Need:

→ Vegetables

01 - 1 large cauliflower head, cut into florets
02 - 1 large cucumber
03 - 2 medium carrots, peeled
04 - 1 small red bell pepper
05 - 1 small yellow bell pepper
06 - 6 cherry tomatoes
07 - 1 black olive

→ Dip

08 - 7 oz Greek yogurt or sour cream
09 - 2 tbsp mayonnaise
10 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
11 - 2 tbsp fresh chives or dill, finely chopped
12 - 1 garlic clove, minced
13 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Cooking Steps:

01 - Slice the cucumber into 0.4-inch rounds. Cut one carrot into sticks for arms and peel thin ribbons from the other carrot for the scarf. Slice bell peppers into small strips and pieces for the hat, buttons, and scarf accents. Slice the black olive into thin rounds for eyes and mouth.
02 - On a large platter, arrange three cauliflower florets vertically in increasing size to form the body. Place cucumber rounds at the base to represent snow. Attach carrot sticks as arms and carrot ribbons as a scarf around the neck. Use black olive slices for eyes and mouth, a small carrot piece for the nose, and bell pepper strips to form the hat and buttons. Surround with cherry tomatoes and remaining vegetables as extra crudités.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped chives or dill, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
04 - Place the dip in a small bowl next to or within the platter for dipping alongside the arranged vegetables.
