# What You'll Need:
→ Crackers
01 - 24 whole wheat crackers, round or square
02 - 4 oz sharp cheddar cheese, sliced into 24 small squares
→ Roasted Red Pepper Dip
03 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
04 - 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
05 - 1 tbsp mayonnaise
06 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
07 - 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
08 - Pinch of salt
→ Decoration
09 - 24 thin strips black olives
10 - 24 small squares yellow bell pepper or cheddar cheese
# Cooking Steps:
01 - Set the oven to 350°F (180°C).
02 - Arrange crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place a cheddar square on each cracker.
03 - Bake crackers for 4 to 5 minutes until cheese softens but does not bubble. Remove and allow to cool slightly.
04 - In a bowl, blend cream cheese, roasted red peppers, mayonnaise, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt until smooth.
05 - Spoon or pipe dip onto the center of each cheese-topped cracker.
06 - Place a black olive strip across the dip to form a belt and top with a small yellow pepper or cheddar square as the buckle.
07 - Arrange on a platter and serve immediately.
