# Cooking Steps:

01 - Using a star-shaped cookie cutter, cut out star shapes from each bread slice to obtain 24 stars.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, chopped chives, salt, and pepper until thoroughly mixed.
03 - Spread a generous spoonful of the tuna mixture onto half of the bread stars, then top with the remaining bread stars to form sandwiches.
