- Berries: 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled and halved 1 cup fresh blueberries 1 cup fresh raspberries 1 cup fresh blackberries
- Garnish (optional): Fresh mint leaves Zest of 1 lime
Instructions
- Step 1:
- Using a sharp knife or round cookie cutters slice melons into even circular rounds If desired use different-sized cutters to create smaller circles for layering
- Step 2:
- On a large serving platter arrange the largest melon circles in a single layer alternating colors for a striking effect
- Step 3:
- Continue layering smaller melon circles on top of the larger ones forming concentric rings and varying the melon types for contrast
- Step 4:
- Scatter strawberries blueberries raspberries and blackberries generously over and between the melon layers
- Step 5:
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a sprinkle of lime zest if using
- Step 6:
- Serve immediately or cover and chill until ready to serve
