01 - 4 slices sturdy sourdough or country bread

02 - 4 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

03 - ½ cup well-drained kimchi, chopped

04 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

01 - Spread softened butter evenly over one side of each bread slice.
