- Step 4:
- Sprinkle in salt pepper smoked paprika thyme and oregano. Stir to combine.
- Step 5:
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet. Pour in the beef broth. Stir well cover and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for 8&10 minutes or until potatoes are fully tender.
- Step 6:
- Stir in the frozen peas and cook uncovered for another 2&3 minutes until heated through and most liquid is absorbed.
- Step 7:
- If using sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top and cover for 1&2 minutes to melt.
- Step 8:
- Remove from heat garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
