- Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Slice the cucumber into rounds, cut bell peppers into strips, peel and slice the carrots into sticks, halve the cherry tomatoes, trim the snap peas, and slice the radishes.
- Arrange cucumber rounds on a large serving platter to create the bunny's face. Use two lines of cucumber rounds to form the ears.
- Fill the bunny's face with cauliflower florets and mini mozzarella balls to create a fluffy texture. Place cherry tomatoes on the cheeks and a mini mozzarella ball at the center for the nose.
- Use pitted black olives to form the eyes and thinly sliced bell pepper strips to shape the mouth and whiskers.
- Place the remaining vegetables around the bunny shape in colorful clusters for visual variety.
- Place hummus and ranch or Greek yogurt dip in small bowls on the platter. Arrange crackers around the edge.
- Sprinkle fresh chives or parsley over the platter for a vibrant springtime presentation. Serve immediately.
