# Cooking Steps:
01 - Heat vegetable oil in a large pot with lid over medium-high heat. Add popcorn kernels and cover. Shake pot occasionally until popping slows to 2–3 seconds between pops, approximately 4–5 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer popcorn to a large bowl, discarding unpopped kernels.
02 - In a small saucepan over low heat, combine honey, unsalted butter, ground cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and salt. Stir gently until butter melts and mixture is smooth and warm, about 2–3 minutes.
03 - Drizzle the hot honey glaze evenly over warm popcorn. Toss or stir thoroughly to ensure all kernels are coated.
