Instructions
- Step 1:
- In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss well with tongs to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add more dressing if desired. Set aside.

- Step 3:
- Lay the warmed tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the salad mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center.
- Step 4:
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll up tightly burrito style. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
- Step 5:
- Serve whole or cut in half.
