- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract:
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips: 170 g
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional): 50 g
Instructions
- Preheat oven:
- Preheat oven to 350℉ (175℃). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix dry ingredients:
- Whisk together flour protein powder baking soda and salt.
- Mix wet ingredients:
- Whisk melted butter milk brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla:
- Whisk eggs and vanilla extract into wet mixture until combined.
- Combine mixtures:
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet until just combined.
- Add chocolate chips and nuts:
- Fold in chocolate chips and nuts if using.
- Form cookies:
- Scoop dough onto baking sheets spacing about 2 inches apart.
