# Cooking Steps:

- Set the oven to 375°F.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic and rosemary for 1 minute until fragrant. Add shredded chicken, salt, and pepper; stir to combine and remove from heat.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually add milk, whisking constantly until sauce thickens, about 5 to 7 minutes. Season with nutmeg and stir in Parmesan cheese. Remove from heat.
- If desired, fold chopped spinach into the chicken mixture.
- Spread a thin layer of béchamel sauce on a 9x13-inch baking dish. Arrange 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce. Layer one-third of the chicken mixture, one-quarter of the béchamel, and one-quarter of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layering twice more. Top with remaining noodles, béchamel, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
