# Cooking Steps:

01 - Set oven to 400°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll one puff pastry sheet and place it on the lined baking tray.
03 - Evenly spread Nutella over the pastry, leaving a 0.4 inch border around the edges.
04 - Place the second pastry sheet on top, aligning edges carefully.
05 - Position a small glass in the center without pressing, then cut the pastry into 16 equal strips from the glass edge to the pastry edge, forming rays.
06 - Twist each strip gently 2 to 3 times and pinch ends together as desired to create a snowflake pattern.
07 - Remove the glass and brush the entire pastry surface with beaten egg for a golden finish.
08 - Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until puffed and deeply golden brown.
