# Cooking Steps:
01 - Combine softened cream cheese in a small mixing bowl with dill, garlic powder, and freshly ground black pepper. Stir until mixture is smooth and evenly blended.
02 - Use paper towels to pat dry each dill pickle thoroughly, removing excess moisture.
03 - Place one slice of deli ham flat on a cutting board. Spread a thin, even layer of cream cheese mixture over the entire surface of the ham.
04 - Position a whole dill pickle at one edge of the ham slice and roll tightly, encasing the pickle in ham and cream cheese.
05 - Continue with the remaining ham slices, cream cheese mixture, and pickles, rolling each into a log.
06 - Using a sharp knife, cut each roll crosswise into 1/2-inch thick pinwheels.
07 - Arrange pinwheels on a serving platter. Present immediately or refrigerate up to 4 hours before serving.
