# What You'll Need:
→ Chicken
01 - 8 chicken drumsticks (approximately 2.5 lbs)
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon salt
04 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
05 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
→ Barbecue Sauce
08 - 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (gluten-free if required)
09 - 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
10 - 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
# Cooking Steps:
01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
02 - Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels and place them in a large mixing bowl.
03 - Drizzle olive oil over the drumsticks. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder evenly. Toss to coat all pieces thoroughly.
04 - Place the drumsticks in a single layer on the wire rack, spaced apart. Bake for 30 minutes, turning once halfway through the cooking time.
05 - While baking, combine barbecue sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl and mix well.
06 - Remove drumsticks from oven and brush all sides generously with the barbecue glaze. Return to oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, optionally basting once more until the exterior is sticky and crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
07 - Allow the drumsticks to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
