# Cooking Steps:

01 - Melt the butter in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, poblano pepper, and half of the seasoning blend. Sauté for 5 to 6 minutes until vegetables are softened and lightly browned.
02 - Add shredded chicken, black beans, corn, chicken broth, and the remaining seasoning blend to the pot. Stir well and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat.
03 - Let the mixture simmer uncovered for 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
04 - Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream and shredded cheese until fully melted. Return to a gentle simmer.
05 - Cook for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until the soup reaches a creamy and slightly thickened consistency.
06 - Stir in fresh lime juice. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed. Serve hot, garnished with chopped cilantro.
