Instructions

In another bowl whisk together 1 cup milk melted butter and egg. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix just until combined. Fold in 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
Step 7:
Spoon the cornbread batter evenly over the chicken mixture spreading gently to cover.
