Instructions

Prepare the baking dish:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a 23x33 cm (9x13-inch) baking dish or line with parchment paper.
Slice buns:
Slice buns horizontally, keeping tops and bottoms attached. Place bottoms in the dish.
Layer ham and cheese:
Top each bottom with a slice of ham and Swiss cheese. Place bun tops over cheese.
Make glaze:
Whisk melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
Add glaze:
Pour glaze evenly over sliders. Spread until well coated. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Bake covered:
Cover tightly with foil and bake 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5 minutes more until cheese melts and tops are golden.
Serve:
Let cool 5 minutes. Slice and serve warm.
